At
the age of 15, Angie had been abused so awfully that
she was removed from her mother’s care because of neglect
and failure to protect her. WYS began providing treatment
when Angie was hospitalized for depression and wanting
to commit suicide. Treatment helped Angie find good
reasons to live and enabled her to develop trusting
relationships. Angie, now 18 years old, is living in
another state, is in a committed relationship and is
doing very well!
